i3 Rework with e3d v6 hot end mount tight fit

This is a remix to replace my wade's extruder that has too much space between the cold end and hot end E3D v6.
Main extruder is remixed from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:257811 ; E3D hot end mount and fan mount remixed from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:425352 ; and i printed the i3 vanilla x-carriage with rework mount holes from
