X belt tentioner for 606ZZ bearing for the Prusa i3 Hephestos

This is a modification for the X carriage belt tensioner using a 606ZZ bearing instead of the 623ZZ. The main bearing hole uses a 6mm bolt and some washers.
The tensioner has a hole to add a nut if needed.
