Button pushes for Ormerod 1

A pair of button pushes to allow the Erase and Reset buttons on the Duet to be activated through the holes in the back of the Duet enclosure supplied with Ormerod 1. The hexagonal ends go through the holes, and you push the square ends. These now have extra length so that they can also be used with my Duet + X4 enclosure.
