Filament Oiler/Cleaner

I wanted an oiler to stop/reduce clogging, but wanted it near the spool to stop the spool from sometimes continuously unspooling filament with the slight friction caused by the sponge/cloth.
My remix has slightly thinner walls and base, and is slightly shorter to reduce the required filament.

- Printed in PLA, 3 perimeters/top/bottom.
- Threaded onto wire coat hanger which is then hooked onto my spool rod.
- I cut and folded some chux cloth to insert into the holder then added 3 drops o
