No one knows exactly how they came into existence. Legends say that mages of old, through their unrelenting pursuit of knowledge and magic power, somehow managed to transpose their conscience into the magical realm, leaving behind only the projections of their thoughts, clinging to the last vestiges of reality that they have, their mighty robes adorned with runic inscriptions as well as their heavy turbans, a symbol of their former status. Others say that these are just conjured elementals, a fa
