eGo Lanyard/Protector Mash Up

This is a mash up of [STIdeas' Badge Buddy](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:127345) and [Zeppelinum's battery protector](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:434726) to have the best of both worlds.

Update 9/1/2014: Added remixed protector to have equal flutes down the side. Zeppelinum's version had a wider flute opposite the slot opening and my OCD wouldn't let me leave well enough alone. Also widened the top layer a little in order to avoid single extrusion layers. Modified flutes on the
