Flange Plate for Dual Extruders

Hi@all,
this is a improved version of the original plate. This one is additionally fixing the filament cables and the electrical cables as well.

Cable diameters are 5.5mm for filament guide and 11mm for electrical cables. Electrical cables are fixed with two wire straps.
