Customizable MyMaki E3D Mount for Makibox

This is a re-written OpenSCAD version of the E3D mount for Makibox
A big thank you to Andreas for helping to get Customizer working!

Customizer will generate a single STL. In Cura you can right click on the model and split it. For easier printing, rotate the parts so the flat sides are down.

I print at 0.1mm layer height and 40% infill.
