I use this type of pocket hole jigs a lot as it's super useful for wood joinery. I also know there are customisable versions out there and you can choose whatever angle you need.
I have found a problem though when trying to drill harder materials (e.g. metal, ceramic) that with no guides, the drill bit would eventually start shaving the PLA off, and if I have the metal giode, the drill bits just get scratched, so I thought I could try this version with bearings to provide some guidance for the drill and still keep this mechanism completely frictionless. And yes, I know that maybe I am over-engineering this a bit!
I have designed this for 6000 type bearings (two bearings required) which I had lying around. The bearings are the only non-printable part in this design. I have included a 6mm drill bit adapter and will also create other sizes.
UPDATE:
I have printed the design but unfortunately doesn't work quite as well as I had hoped. The sawdust doesn't come out the designated e
