Trigger-Clamp 3mm Bowden Extruder for Planetary Gearbox BSP

This started out as the May 2012 version of an airtripper extruder, then was modified by Piit79. I just added some support to beef it up a bit, added a BSP mount, couple thin pads to help with bed adhesion and made some room for the clamp

The goal was to make something close to the current airtripper BSP I use on my 1.7mm extruders but modified for 3mm filament and with the mount for a kysan geared stepper planetary gearbox.
