This is my 450mm FPV camera drone. It costs about AU$350-400 to build and uses a DJI Naza flight controller.
It can easily lift a GoPro in addition attached to the under belly and gives around 20mins flight time.
The design is modular so any part broken in a crash can be easily swapped out with minimal disassembly.
