10deg tilted forward motor mounts for Pocket Rocket

Those are made for 2204 motors. It's calculated for Pocket Rocket frame, so probably won't work on other frames, or they should have exactly the same arm angles.
Glue 2 nuts on the dedicated holes, and use M3 screws to attach motors to mount & mount to arm. ( 4 screws minimum: 2 for arm 2 for motor. ).
