E3Dv6 Bowden Greg's Wade's Extruder Block

UPDATE2: I modifed the 3mm version Based on comments from user AndreaSignoretto. It is labeled "AS_Tube_Mod".
UPDATE 1: I noticed some weird faces/geometry on the original files so I attempted to fix them. Might be a good idea to run the new ones through Netfabb as I have not done that yet.
