I made this free standing funnel for my cold brew coffee to be used specifically with these bottles:

It has slots to let the air out of the bottle as it fills up.
It also works with standard 20oz. soda bottles although not as well. IGES file included if you want to modify it.
UPDATE: Improved version. Larger overall, larger throat and has better air release slots. Will fit over bottles with 1.5"
