EZstruder Mounting Adapter

I came up with this simple mount for a EZstruder cold end with Kysan NEMA 17 stepper. Designed with my OpenBeam Mini Kossel in mind, it could be used with just about any extrusion. The EZstruder bolts to the arm of the mount with M3 screws, which are also used to attach the mount to the printer. The stepper itself is attached only to the EZstruder, so I also added a tab/shelf to support the bottom of the stepper.
