Reprap heated bed generator Remix

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This script is not working with Processing 3, you have to use Processing 2.2.1!

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29785. My modifications:
* generates a PCB layout similar to the MK2a heat bed which is available at http://www.reprap.org/wiki/PCB_Heatbed
* option to include wires for a thermistor
* creates an SVG file instead of an Eagle board

* added option to define package size of SMD thermistor used
