LED Ring Snap Mount for Rostock MAX

This mount is designed to snap to a SeeMeCNC Rostock MAX or Orion effector with no fasteners except for zip ties. Its purpose is to stand off an LED ring from the bottom of the effector, so it doesn't ride up against the universal joints and possibly cause "delta arm blues" type issues. (It also gives the LED ring a more finished looking mount.)
