Cleven's Ratchet with Tougher Assembly Pin

I really like Cleven's design, but I found that the way Slic3r sliced
the pin, it was very weak and its tabs broke off during assembly.

I made an adjustment to the pin so that it doesn't break so easily.

I've included Cleven's original Handle and Parts 2 & 3 here to make
it easy to download the ratchet wrench. These parts and the sturdy
pin are all that are required to build the ratchet. He has the
sockets with the original listing.
