Bed-drain grating for full-sized Dodge Ram pickup

This is a slip-in grating for the bed drains of my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I park the truck facing slightly downhill, and when the pin oak acorns get stuck in the drains and the leaves cover those, the bed fills with rainwater. Sure, it slops out as soon as I go up a hill, but you can see from the bathtub ring how much water I'm dumping on the street! I imagine this would fit any 2004 Dodge Ram, and likely many other years.
