Buckle for Bike Bag and a whole lot of other things

These buckles are for my bike bags so I can keep them flat against the frame. This makes it a whole lot easier to park my bike in the overcrowded bikestands in Amsterdam. I think you can use these buckles on a whole lot of other bags too.
