10-32 T-nut for OpenBuild V-Slot extrusion

The M5 T-Slot nut substitute was too big to fit into the OpenBuild extrusion, so I created this to fit.

It requires small-profile 10-32 nuts, and I recommend supergluing each nut into place within the plastic piece to keep things from moving around too much.
