Topeak rack universal light mount

I combined a Topeak-compatible rack mount with jasper's universal holder that fits with any 'belt clip' light.
I added a few reinforcing features, because I don't trust a 2-mm wafer not to crack at the weak points.
Also, it kind looks like Roberto from Futurama
