Bender rotatable arm/shoulder

Shoulder joints for dragonator's Bender Bending Rodríguez, allows for arms to be in more positions.

STL is scaled up 1.5x from the Solidworks file to fit, just as in the original.
The shoulder has a key hole in the center so you can turn it with a screwdriver if it gets stuck, and a chamfered edge so it fits without any cleanup.
