Y axis shim plate

This is a mod for the 1405 simple with the XL tower mod. it replaces the top plate of the tower so you can force the Z rods to one side or another, hopefully "shimming" the Z rods to be perpendicular to the X rods. I've also added the object i use to test the squareness of my printer.
