3d nickel calibration test

This remix allows you to specify a tolerance between the hole and the nickel because it may just be a better way to set up your printer. I have a very cheap kinda low quality printer so I use/need lots of tolerance between parts that are intended to fit together. I might be able to adjust some parameters to make the nickel fit but I think it would be worse overall for other sizes and other requirements.
