Goodbye Kitty Bottle Opener "netfabb repaired"

Slic3r was not able to slice the original http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:24314 object, getting the manifold error, so I had to "repair" it before I could print it (the kitty head only was printed previously). Full credits go to the original object 24314.
