Updated Rostock Idler End for different ball bearing size

I modified the original SCAD my by Johann to change more easily the Ball Bearing Bore size.

If you are using a GT2 pulley with 16 teeth for example you need the new updated Carriage that I uploaded and smaller ball bearing for the idler end.
