Printrbot Simple Anti Y-Sag Fixed

I finally tried to install my "Printrbot simple anti y-sag Deluxe" last night and found that it did not leave room for the zip tie to pass through, and now my Y-Stop isn't being activated. So I created more room for the zip-ties as well as revised the cut out for the M3 screw so it fits.
