Manifold fixes of the Elves of the Shining Host from Pocket Tactics

There is nothing original here. Please refer to the original [Elves of the Shining Host](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:69192) for [Pocket Tactics](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41740). The Wurm Rider and Glade Scout have been fixed up in Blender to make them manifold so that the latest Slic3r can slice them. The rest have merely been separated from the full ( non-split) plate for individual printing.
