Wider 4" Bag Clip in PLA Fully Assembled with Double Seal

This is a remix of my 4" bag clip (which was modified from one
created by MasterFX). This one is wider and includes two
sealing rims.

It's actually a little over 4" long, but will fit on a 100x100 print bed if
you rotate the z axis 23 degrees and the re-center the part; although
you either need to skip the skirt, or bring it in very close to the print
(around 0.5mm does work on a 100x100 print bed).
