4inch free float rail. Stubby Killer.

I saw this ris on here and it inspired me to make a ris I always thought was cool, this is based on the stubby killer design.

Update: 9-30-18 added v2 which now has the proper threads cut and just screws on.
Update: 10-1-18 skipped v3 and now at v4 with a lip to hold back the outer barrel.
