Top and Bottom holder for 18650 4S1P packs. Wanted it to be as light as possible, but still functional.
Zip-tie securing idea came from:

Just put your 18650 cells in the holes, with the blocks underneath the cells. Solder wires while in the holder. Put balance leads through the hole in the center, and use the inner guides to secure balance wires. If unsure, look at the photos as to how I used it.
