4way + 1 bowden splitter

This is a remix of Asialth's excellent splitter. This version has super clear/jam-free filaments paths and an extra central hole that is useful if you need to pass in a cleaning filament. This remix can be used with or without PC8 connectors. I do recommend Bowden tubes with 4mm outer diameter and 3mm inner diameter.
