4x4 Keypad Buttons

I wanted to customize a 4x4 button keypad (for Arduino) by relabeling some buttons. The easiest way seemed to be to replace them. The back is held in place by melted plastic posts which I was able to slice off. These four buttons are drop-in (literally) replacements.
There are no distinguishing marks on the keyboard, but the while thing is about 65mm square.
