Ive tried to lay this out as easiest i can, i remixed this design for the head to fit a Tronxy X5SA Pro 3d printer carriage, X5SA should work aswell, the 2 tabs that hold the hotend must be snapped off, a pair of pliers etc will do, then tap the 2 holes with an m4 tap as deep as you can, 3 screws hold the head, 2x m4 x30 and 1x m3 x 30 ... 2x M4x25 socket heads for the spindle clamp
Included is a picture of the machine kinematics incase you want to use it in another cam software.
I modified the stl files, the ab mount has a bearing in the bottom aswell now, parts are also thicker in areas i thought could use it, the ab mount stepper motor is also adjustable
I used a 1mm washer between the top mount and the rotating b axis
Make sure you get the head square in x and y directions, i had to shim my carriage plate with some washers to get it square
i have uploaded stl files, a machine step file for simulation purpose, autodesk powermill post processor and machine simulation data fil
