I was searching for a solution to deploy our iPad Pens (1st generation) in something like a "docking station" to ensure that ...
1) they have a place, visible for everyone who needs the pens
2) they can be loaded
3) you always see at first sight if one or more is missing ;-)
Altogether we have ten of these pens in school at the moment.
After searching for a solution I was disappointed not to find any usable solution for me. So I decided to create something with tinkercad.
After several steps I created a solution for me, that fulfill my needs ;-)
Printing with the Ultimaker S5 is great! I used dual extruder with support material and brim. With this I get the best result as you see on the pictures.
The other printer was the Makerbot Replicator+ (one extruder) With that printer I have to place the model on the plate without overhangs! The result was ok, but not as good as with the S5.
So if anyone searching for similar - enjoy!
