Here's V2 of an H-X frame for 5" props that I've designed.
It's 177.6mm between the centres of each motor, and is designed around 2204 motors, or any other motor that has 16mm and 19mm spaced M3 holes. The FC holes are 30.5mm.
Recommended to print out of ABS with 100% infill except for the RX mount, which can be less infill. It has mounting for the vtx, rx, etc that I have but may well work with others. Camera mount isn't done yet.
Most of the parameters can be changed fairly easily if you have solidworks using the part files.
You need to print 1x base frame, 4x arms and 1x rx mount, you may well need to flip the parts in cura or whatever slicer you use to an orientation that makes sense for printing. You also need to flip each arm so they are different, import 2 into cura, flip one, then duplicate those 2, and flip the 2 duplicates in the other direction (never vertically though)
