5" Square Pool Intake filter cover

This was my Tinkercad replacement design for a broken intake cover on a discontinued lap pool. It has 5 high speed jets that maintain a current to swim against, and this was to replace one of 4 intake covers for that system. It has been in operation for the full summer and replaced a 300GPM cover with no problems yet.

This was one of my first PETG prints because I didn't think PLA would hold up. I did have to take a small file to every hole to get them to their full designed width but it wasn't that bad. It is pretty universal with any center screw mounting option. Printed face down on a stock ender 3 pro bed and the texture was not bad at all.
