Taller Top-shell for Full Graphic Display Case

I ended up buying one of the [Full Graphic Display boards](http://reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Full_Graphic_Smart_Controller) and noticed that it didn't fit in the [spiffy case](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250) that [wesry](http://www.thingiverse.com/wersy) had designed.

If your board won't fit, try this top shell and it should do the trick. I've also included some extra spacers as well, since the old ones were too short to be of any use with my board.
