Dual E3D bowden coldend. With one (50mm) fan to rule/cool them all!

Wish/specs/feature list:
- Easy to access both hotends
- Nozzles fit close together (24mm nozzle to nozzle)
- Replaces the noisy E3D fan(s) with a single 50mm fan
- Fan should also cool the print
- I like "fully" enclosed hotends
- Tried to limit angles to 40 degrees so printing without support should be possible
- For Prusa i3 or any printer that has the x-carriage bars arran
