(An)Ubis Bowden Adapter

A simple but effective way to use an existing ubis (or ubis derivative) with a bowden tube. I used 3m mounting tape to secure it to the extruder holder. you can easily add holes or drill them afterward if you prefer screws but i dont so theres that.
