Amsterdamman's remix for Ormerod2 of MasonStonehenge's Ormerod1 Spring-loaded extruder

I made minor changes to the X-arm locking tab. The Ormerod2 has a longer tab on the X-arm connection and I also found the original was too tight or wide in the cutout slot. Thus I extended the tab 5mm lower and narrowed the tab about 0.5mm to fit the cutout better. I also simplified the support around the pivot hole. This is designed to be sliced on Slic3r 1.1.7 The file for the feeder is included however it is unchanged from the original. Also included is a single combined plate as a .stl I do
