MGS Groovemount for Prusa i3

Modified version of the original Prusa i3 MGS Groovemount, with the following improvements:
1) Better fit with the hotend groove ---> no more play/slack.
2) Perfect fit with the Hotend Fan Duct http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47105.
3) Created OpenSCAD file, which apparently was not available in the Reprap archives.
