The purpose of this object is to help teach others about how the rotation of a screw in coordination with a rack and properly designed container produces linear motion, specifically in a Chuck with independent screws or similar object.
You can also simply put this on your desk to have a nice functional object to fidget with.

Supports are required for the body and the jaws only, not the lead screw

Assembly: After printing all 3 parts put the screw inside the body, with the tab facing outwards, then slide the jaw into the body until it will not slide any further, and finally turn the screw counter clockwise to move the jaw inwards.
The process for assembling the full chuck (4 jaws) is largely the same, with the exception of needing to print four scews and four jaws.

This is an approximately 25x25x25 millimeter print when fully assembled, and in total weighs about 4-5 grams. Print time is ~ 2 hours in total.

I have included a .STEP file incase anyone wants to modify this.
