Hoeken's Coupling - Clifford's Version

This is a modified version of Hoeken's Coupling. I've improved the heuristic for the placement of the cutout for the screw nuts to work fine with a wider range of parameters and changed this cutouts geometry to a cubic form.

I've also added some epsilon-magic to make the OpenSCAD CSG preview for the design look pretty (see screenshot).
