Knob for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller

Ran the knob through Netfabb Basic to fix it.
I printed the knob 3% larger so it was easier to fit but still won't fall off. I suggest printing at 100% and do a test fit then increase from there if you need. 3% was a good guess for me.
