LED Bumper for Hovership MHQ

Add 5 lovely LEDs to your mini H quad - designed around Adafruit Neopixel (singles) and an ATtiny85 for animated light effects while FPV racing, but the holes should fit any 5050 SMD LED.
The clip was designed for Hovership's MHQ but will also fit any quad with 2mm frame plates.
