Kossel Alt 10mm Smooth Rod endstop mount

I made a the Kossel Alt remix on thingiverse (that uses the 20x20mm extrustion) and ended up using 10mm smooth rods rather than 8mm, for strength.

This is a mechanical endstop holder for the 10mm smooth rods.
