Creatr z-Homing redesign

I redesigned the z-Homing switches on my Leapfrog Creatr. I always had problems with long term calibration of the z-axis.
The inductive sensor is mounted directly on the extruder carrier. It measures the distance relative to a steel scale on the print bed. The repeatability of the z-Homing is a lot better now.
I added an additional failsafe limit switch in the back, because the inductive one will only be triggered if the y-axis is homed before!.
