Replacement Grommit for LCD Monitor Arm

A friend gave me this Monitor Arm that he gotten from work with the most important part missing, a plastic Gramit that holds the Arm to the pole connected to the Desk. Well, This was truly the first project I completed, but didn't post because I ddin't think it was finnished till now.
